Olympic Badminton Overview
Badminton made its debut at the Barcelona Olympics in 1992. There are five medals given out men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles and mixed doubles. The competition has been dominated by China winning 30 of 74 medals to date. South Korea and Indonesia are also strong competitors in this event.
