Olympic Taekwondo Overview
Taekwondo is a martial art from Korea and the national sport of the country. It can be loosely translated to mean 'the way of fist and foot'. The sport is known for the emphasis on kicking techniques and competitors face off in a ring, with a referee and judges to count points.
